On Nov. 21, the Minooka varsity boys bowling team defeated Bolingbrook by a large margin of 3032-2635.
Senior Zach Kunkle was Minooka’s top bowler.
He said he was pretty happy with his performance.
Kunkle started out slow compared to others and bowled 180 in the first game. But the next two games he rebounded and bowled 212 and 257 ending up with 649 for the series.
Freshman David Pratt on the other hand started out strong with 244, and then bowled 190 and 192 in the next games. Pratt ended up with 626 total as Minooka’s second best bowler.
Also for Minooka, sophomore Ben Clark bowled 588, sophomore Will Simpson bowled 554, sophomore Benny Corcoran bowled 541, and sophomore Vince Pizzo bowled 532.
