Due to COVID-19 regulations, the fall play will be held on Zoom, something students and teachers have gotten to know well over this time period of remote learning. 

The fall play is made specifically for this era with the title being, “10 Ways to Survive Life in Quarantine.” 

The play is a collection of monologues. Every rehearsal is done on Zoom and then it will be edited like a movie. Students log into Zoom and practice their lines there, and then notes are given to each actor following their run-through. The students only practice about once per week due to the play being shorter. 

“Each actor has to carry their own weight and rely on their own individual abilities,” Caroline Garner, senior, who plays Torrence, said. 

Due to the regulations this year the play will be shorter but with it not being like the performance will feel like you are really watching a movie. 

The play will be shown in a drive-in style at Central Campus on Oct. 22 and 23 at 6 p.m. Due to the short length, a Halloween-themed movie will be played after. Hocus Pocus will play on Thursday, and Lights Out on Friday.
