Honoring your final year with the program is typically shown on senior night. The Minooka Indians varsity wrestling team faced off against Plainfield Central for their senior night on Jan. 17.

The Indians wrestled many of their seniors and dominated their opponents.

“Three of our seniors pinned their kids,” Noah Boles, senior wrestler, said.

Boles was one of the three who pinned their opponent, along with Connor Colbert and Dylan Norton. Alec Dufour also won his match 21-10.

The event was hosted by the Indians at Central Campus with a good number of people in attendance. A large number being family.

“It was very nice and well planned,” Colbert said. “It’s something I’ll never forget.”

Minooka beat Plainfield Central 72-3.
